This is the outstanding stone cottage with no electricity for a stay like yester year. Very private and intimate, yet close to town - just 1.3 km outside Sutherland on the Middelfontein Farm. This open plan cottage consists of a Double Bed, Large fireplace with a Gas cooker and Fridge. The Bathroom uses a Gas Geyser. Certain small dogs allowed with prior arrangement.
